"My fully paid reservation made months in advance was not honored, but the money was accepted and taken. We did not find out that we had no lodging until the day of the reservation, in the middle of travel to our destination. The only reason we found out in advance of arriving at the lodging at 3am, was because we called to confirm how to get the keys given the late arrival. There was no communication, no notice, and no accommodation."

"Property owner gave us a different unit last minute claiming a water issue with the original unit. The replacement unit was terrible. It stank like cigarettes, was on a fourth floor building with no elevator, bed sheets and pillows were dirty, etc. Property management didn’t even have the decency to offer us a hotel instead. Untrustworthy people. "
