We love that Waves Motel is just steps away from sandy beach of Orewa. Spacious motel with in-room spa. Motel 11 do had some issues with the spa plug n power switch which we had brought up to lady upon checkout. Will stay at Waves again as the location is great

Marsden Suites Nautilus Orewa
The room was great, plenty of space for us and they kept the room clean and stocked. Location is about 45 to 60 mins away. The area was quite and very close to the beach, market and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Very happy with our experience.

Just about everything we could need. Impressed with the layout of the room: lounge/diner/kitchenette with double doors to ample bedroom, then sliding door to bathroom consisting of bathtub, separate shower (large), WC and basin.

The location, scenery and staff were excellent aspects of the stay and the only reason we would consider returning. However, the bedrooms need some attention.
