"The hotel was perfect but we were scammed by the travel Saga,the sales person there who were selling travel packages to the residents in the hotel, we book desert trip was ok , then after that we book new year boat trip but we cancelled before the end of the day and they promised to refund the money till today we haven’t got back our money, I very sad to book a good hotel and you end up being scammed from inside."

"This was a truly beautiful stay from check-in to check-out. We arrived just after 6 a.m., and the receptionist, Tahura, was incredibly helpful and managed to get us a room within a very reasonable time which we really appreciated after a long journey. The room was exceptional: spacious, comfortable, and with stunning city views. We dined at the international restaurant and the food was excellent. The service was outstanding, especially from Faquel (or was he Fariquel?) and Sumon, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well cared for. Although this is clearly a very busy hotel, everything was impeccably maintained , the pools were clean, the grounds were well kept, and everything was just beautiful. Special mention also to the two African gentlemen (from Uganda and Cameroon) at the Waterpark station in the hotel lobby; they were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Overall, an outstanding experience. 10/10 - highly recommended. "

"Amazing and helpful hosts and friendly stayers! The place is kept quiet and VERY clean which is impressive! They offer breakfast and drinking water- and tea and coffee too. Best hostel ever👍"
