"Most staff did not speak English which I was surprised for the number of tourists they have and their proximity to the airport. Unlike other hotels in South Korea, they charge you if you needed to extend checkout for an hour even if they did not have full occupancy. The hotel is average and you basically get what you paid for. The only staff member that was kind was a young female who was working on my day of departure (May 16th)."
