「The only good thing about it was the convenience of the distance to the railway. The room was much smaller than what was shown on-line. The paint on the walls in the room were chipped. The area around the bathtub lever was dirty. The floor was tile and not carpet, so it was cold. The matress was too hard. There were no amenities!!!」

「This motel is in a great location for walking around Bryson City. The staff that we interacted with were kind and helpful. Our room was good with enough space to move around and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was relatively updated but kind of small and I can't imagine a larger person being able to get into the shower. And there was no way to just have the light on without the noisy fan. All in all though it was a good affordable place to stay while we explored the area.」

「Was very very disappointed. I had a reservation for Saturday night. I called on Thursday night to cancel due to a family issue that was last minute. I was told they would cancel the reservation but had to charge me the nightly rate because it was too late. I said theres nothing you can do, they told me it was property policy no exceptions. This is the epitome of corporate greed, and shows why the world is in the shape its in. I personally will never stay at another Hampton Inn or Hilton...
