「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

Some improvements suggest: hair dryer difficult to use, pillows too hard, lack of paper information explaining what the facilities were in the hotel ie, opening times of restaurants and their menu’s etc, therefore too much reliance on apps and QR codes,meaning customers having to do all the searching instead of having a folder in the room with everything to hand. 「Clean, spacious and epic breakfast. Really good services available. Fair pricing in shops. Great pool area. Rooms are nice but are a bit dated. Spotless though. Lack of sockets so bring an extension. Not really 5 star but maybe after refurb planned for 2025」

「Good quality hotel especially for the price. Located fairly close to the beach which is only a short walk. Buffet food was good and the chef station was well run. Evening entertainment was ok. Paying extra for parking and a safe isn’t great service. 」
