「House was good. Letting agency came across poorly. Request for slightly late checkout was rejected out of hand - they said the house was let that same night and they needed to clean, but online booking showed house was NOT rented and Coles Bay was dead as a doornail while we were ther with most houses dark at night so the cleaning staff were certainly not busy. If you Google them you will find they refused refunds during COVID.」

「Very nice and friendly Owner. Although it was a bit difficult to find, I really enjoy the cabin. Highly recommend to friends if they come to Tasmania. The nice Lake view was great. It was a pity I could not stay longer to such a peaceful accomodation.」

「Onsite parking and ramp to accommodation was idea for my elderly father that used a walker. The local shops were 1 min around the corner, with a well stocked IGA, a fabulous coffee shop attached to a very popular cafe/restaurant. Coffee was excellent and the staff were exceptionally nice.
