「I almost don’t want to write this review as I want to keep this place secret and keep it to ourselves! This place is just an absolute dream - an oasis of calm with the most wonderful staff, location, pool and grounds. We stayed as a family with two children and felt like we could explore central Rome and the sights then return to this lovely slice of Italy, as well as being just 15 mins from the beach too. The grounds are so incredible and given the place is so small, we rarely shared the pool...

Perla and Riccardo were so accommodating to help my elderly parents make sure they find parking, as you know any where in Rome or Italy parking is difficult but they were so responsive to support. The room and location was beautiful centred right inside of the heart of location. Thank you for a perfect place to stay over before their last night in Rome before returning back home.」

「First time in Rome and it was a perfect location. Sammy was so attentive, friendly and helpful. The only downside is you can not check in bags or speak to anyone before 3pm check in time. My shower would not turn hot or turn off the first day but after I mentioned it to the staff it was fixed right away. Balcony was peaceful. AC worked well but make sure patio door is closed so AC can work. I would def recommend this location to friends and family.」
