「Our stay at Ramada by Wyndham New Kensington was extremely disappointing. The online photographs did not accurately reflect the property's condition. Staff were pleasant and the bed linens were comfortable, but the room and grounds needed professional cleaning, repairs and renovation. Our bathroom needed a contractor ASAP: dirty flooring and corners, deteriorated and discolored caulking around the tub and shower fixtures, rust and staining near the drain, peeling tub safety strips, dated shower...

「Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. After some negotiation, we were able...

「Property is in disrepair, dirty and not maintained, balconies are so rusted and flaking they don't look safe, elevator has been broken for months, the tools are barely bigger than a hand towel and are literally so thin you can see through them, our warm water didn't work when we left this morning so we couldn't even shower. Our a/c quit working during the night our first night but worked our 2nd day.」

「Upon arrival the check in employee was ready to greet us and get us checked in. She explained all the amenities and what direction to go in to our room. Once in our room it was clean and perfectly in place. The amount of room was great and we weren't tripping over each other. The bathroom was clean and orderly and the shower and sink area was spotless. There was plenty of parking and the breakfast was on par with what you'd expect with cheesy eggs, french toast sticks and sausage for the hot...

「Unfortunately, my husband and I did not have a good experience. We checked into our room at 7:28 pm and checked out at 7:31 pm. We discovered that there was black mold on the ceiling and traveling down the wall in the bathroom just above the toilet area. It was not something that could be repaired in a few minutes. The lobby staff was unable to accommodate us due to fact that the hotel was booked as well as other area hotels. I'm not sure the desk staff was equipped to handle the situation...
