Séjour d hiver a saint jordi
Notre arrivée matinal c est bien passé ,la personne de contact étais sur place pour 9h30 !bonne présentation de sa pars !il faisait froid le premier jour !puis nous avons constaté que la vaisselle n étais pas propre nous avons donc laver ceci !certain service de cuisine était rouiller et les poêles serait a changer le grille pain est carrément hors d usage (il a noircit) il serai judicieux de changer ceci !sinon l état général étais correct ,un drap de lits étais déjà poussiéreux et avait une couleur bizarre vers le milieu nous avons fais appel au responsable vers 21h qui étais un peu facher car il avait déjà bu de l alcool .il nous a quand même donner un nouveau drap !les avantage sont le wifi gratuit ,le parking fermé gratuit ,le shop et boulangerie a côté tes pratique ,a dispo un lit bébé gratuit une machine à laver a l intérieur avec un pendoir ,a proximité de la plage et du port !une banque a côté et un arrêt de bus pas très loin !le point faible (en tout cas en période d hiver ) c est la propreté et le froid ,car cela n a certainement pas été réchauffée depuis un petit moment !le responsable sans alcool et plutôt sympa !

Urlaub ohne Schlaf
Die Möbel im Apartment sind in einem schlechten Zustand,vorallem die Betten sind unzumutbar,ähneln
Feldbetten mit Matratzen,die sehr verschlissen sind, man holt sich einen Rückenschaden,an einen erholsamen Schlaf ist nicht zu denken.Es muß nicht immer alles neu sein,aber die Matratzen müssen einfach nach einigen Jahren erneuert werden.Das Apartment ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Colonia Sant Jordi yllätti
Pieni "kylä" monine eritasoisine hiekkarantoineen oli mukava yllätys turistikohde Santa Ponsan jälkeen. Kaikki tarpeellinen oli kävelymatkan päässä. Ravintola ja kahvilatarjonta eri tasoisine paikkoineen varsin kattava.Yöelämää kaipaavalle ei varmaan olisi sopiva paikka, mutta tälläiselle eläkeläiselle aivan riittävä.Vaikka asuimme aivan keskustassa, ei öisin ollut minkäänlaista meteliä kaskaita lukuunottamatta. Nythän sesonki oli jo loppupuolella, joten muutamia paikkoja oli jo kiinni.Akvaario oli jopa parempi kuin enemmän mainostettu ja isompi lähellä lentokenttää. Voin suositella rauhallisesta elämästä pitäville.

Kakerlaken, stinkende Bettwäsche, heruntergekommen
Kakerlaken, stinkende Bettwäsche, heruntergekommene Bude. Ob vor dem Bezug eine Reinigung stattgefunden hat, muß bezweifelt werden. Alle Räume extrem ungepflegt. Tote Kakerlake unter der Spüle, lebende Kakerlaken im App. Alles aus Textil (Kissen, Bettwäsche, Vorhänge, Sitzkissen....) stank entsetzlich. Küche extrem verschmutzt, so dass wir zunächst Geschirr und Besteck vor dem ersten Benutzen gespült haben. Nach drei Tagen sind wir verärgert und angeekelt ausgezogen. Nach dem Grund wurden wir wohlweislich nicht gefragt.

Lovely holiday experience
It was a family trip away and we all loved the place! From start to finish, it was such a nice experience. I had contacted the owner beforehand to enquire about transport from the airport and in a matter of few emails the transport was organised and indeed the taxi man was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. He also drove us back to the airport. Finding accommodation that also organised airport transfer was such a massive factor in us deciding where to book so thank you Juan Carlos for helping us out with that! Upon arrival the lovely Maria was there to welcome us and give us the keys. The apartment was very spacious and the living room + balcony were just incredible. There are a few things that would need upgraded in the kitchen but overall it did not have any negative impact on our stay there. It is in a great location with beaches within a 5-10 min walking distance and a convenience store right around the corner. If we ever go back to Colonia Sant Jordi we would definitely stay there again. Lovely, peaceful area. :)

An und für sich gute Lage. Der Vermieter kam zur Apartment-Übergabe eine halbe Stunde zu spät. Apartment hält, was es verspricht, Sauberkeit und Zustand erträglich. Allerdings haben wir am letzten Abend eine Kakerlake gefunden, woher die kam, wissen wir nicht.

The people (Alvaro and Maria) were very nice but the apartment smelled like mold very badly! We were staying in one apartment and the mold was so bad so we moved.. which they were very helpful about. Once we moved the next apartment smelled even worst. I kept sneezing and kept not being able to sleep because of the mold smell and stuffiness. In the kitchen all of the plates and pots/pans had dirt/ food still on it. The shower curtain had mold and the toilet wouldn't stop running water. The table in the new apartment was dusty also. If you want an apartment and don't care about cleanliness or smell or the mold come stay here, but for me, I was so disgusted and the whole time I didn't even want to think about going to the apartment.

Nice spacious apartments
Nice specious apartments Jain is amazingly helpful and polite. A few problems with taps and a dodgy bed leg, but Juan tried his best and went beyond in helping with transport.
