「Staff was very friendly and informative! Any questions we had they were prompt to help us and get us situated.
The room (although facing the forest) was absolutely stunning. I did have to ask maintenance about the heater and in the morning there was a snafu where there was no hot water, but could not complain because the area, the view, the staff were all amazing.」

「Absolutely amazing hotel. Beautiful room, gorgeous views and grounds, gourmet food and friendliest staff. We stayed there for 8 nights and absolutely loved it. Hotel offers various water activities, free paddleboard and kayaks and very reasonable boat and jetski rental. Room was spacious and clean, food in the restaurant delicious. Best papusas and seafood in entire El Salvador. They also have really good coffee and complimentary breakfast 」
