"One day shift female receptionist is very rude and impolite! When I confirmed my booking, she turned up her nose and flipped our passports. It’s very rude! In addition, the rest receptionist have racism against the guests other than the white! When we checked out and departed, they help the whites carrying their luggage into the shuttle, but ignore us entirely. "
