We noticed lot of school kids stayed in the hotel, probably for the American historical context, or that it was just right by one of the main train stops. Either way, the people in this area are all so nice and friendly, way more thab the big city of Tokyo. Our Grand Serenity room was beautiful. We appreciated the additional treats that were provided during turn down service. We also loved the essential oil selections to enhance the smell of our room.
