"We came with our 3 young children. Amazing and a very beautiful layer out hotel. Breakfast was delicious. One of our young ones had some trouble with too many cats in the breakfast restaurant so the staff was kid enough to nicely deliver all the food to our room. . All the staff was very helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend."

"Santorini Sky is a beautiful place, but what really made our stay special was the people. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was warm, welcoming and kind. Nothing felt like too much trouble, recommending somewhere to visit or simply checking that we had everything we needed. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and everyone we met seemed genuinely interested in making sure we enjoyed our stay. The standard of cleanliness was exceptional. Our villa was spotless when we arrived and was kept that way throughout our stay. The room, bathroom and outside areas were immaculate, and the pool and hot tub were cleaned and checked every day. The housekeeping team clearly take enormous pride in what they do, but they were also friendly, thoughtful and considerate whenever we saw them. What stood out most was the kindness shown by the whole team. It never felt forced or rehearsed; it was simply part of the atmosphere of the place. There were so many small touches and friendly conversations that made us feel at home. The team seemed to notice what guests might need before they even had to ask. The views and setting are every bit as impressive as the photographs suggest, but it is the staff who give Santorini Sky its character. Their warmth, care and attention turned an already wonderful location into somewhere truly memorable. We left feeling extremely well looked after and would return without hesitation. Ian & Kristee"

"The room was clean and the staff is super friendly. The breakfast was good, but the only thing missing was fresh fruit. Only had canned mixed fruit. The bed was also too hard for my taste. The location is great and the views are spectacular."

"Amazing stay at Ark Hotel. The customer service was excellent, everyone went above and beyond and really catered to our needs. Interacted with Costas, Penelope and Lisianna who were honestly the most kindest and generous people, always happy to fulfil our requests. I would recommend using the services the hotel provides e.g. the massage services or the excursions they offer as the service is wonderful and it actually turns out to be the most cost effective personally. There’s a few good spots about 10mins from the hotel which offer beautiful food and desserts. Furthermore I was more pleased with this hotel and staff as I requested a private suite due to my religious obligations and they went above and beyond to arrange that for me. They also made sure to help me with the cuisine as I requested halal food and they were happy to provide vegetarian breakfast at my request. Honestly I could not recommend this hotel enough. Thank you so much team, Tahmina and Zaiyed"
