"Hotel charges $75/visitor to allow visitors to your room after first visitor, day or night. This policy is not disclosed in the policies listed on Expedia. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the breakfast is decent, location was a too busy for me, people walking around and loud club music till 4am. Hotel does offer earplugs. Highlight of the hotel is the rooftop that I didn't find out about til my last day. The front desk should promote the Penumbrā bar when checking in guests as the view of the city is amazing from there. "

"Buena ubicación muy conveniente cerca a todo en la 70. No es un resort grande pero vale la pena por el precio tiene las necesidades básicas. Mucho ruido toda la noche porque es en el centro de la 70 pero entendido. La única cosa que no me gustó es que no había acceso al otro lado de la terraza con la vista de la ciudad. Aparte de eso fue una buena estadía yo volvería de nuevo para un viaje corto a Medellín. "

"Fantastic stay! The team made our stay SO enjoyable due to their friendliness and kindness. Nice, quiet neighborhood and a ~15 minute walk to restaurants. Great apartment with a good kitchen. Bed was super comfy - lots of pillows - and it was on a platform (so a little tricky for my ~80yo husband to manage). I highly recommend staying there. I’ll absolutely return the next time I’m in Medellín!!!"

"The apartment was beautiful, but there are a few things that I wasn’t crazy about. There was no soap in the bathrooms, no paper towels, very minimal amount of towels, so next time I would definitely buy all of that plus coffee and coffee filters, but the plus was that it had an amazing view, a great coffee machine downstairs that had regular, espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate, and it was opened all of the time! It was free! It was very spacious and comfortable, with an amazing view! The location was great for me because my son lived around the block, the neighborhood was super quiet and walkable to an amazing coffee shop, a few little restaurants and a very cool Boutique. I did have to close my windows at night because in the early morning there was a trumpet player (who actually was very good) but it did wake me up (8 am) and some dogs barking outside. It was also a very short, Uber ride to downtown Laureles (almost walkable, but about a mile away ) to El Poblado, Manila, Envigado, all of the fun places! I would definitely stay there again if my son still lived in the neighborhood. If he didn’t, I would probably stay in El Poblado or Envigado. "
