Great location, clean room - most for the staff are great! One of the most spectacular views from the 04 corner rooms and the jacuzzi rooftop. Exceptional! One night staff person is somewhat brash and rude. Thin walls so neighbors complain about music. Jacuzzi takes a long time to warm up and sometimes never does. Ask to warm EARLY!

This hotel is in a very central and comfortable area in Medellin. The location is full of locals but a few minutes away from where all the tourists stay. There is great food in the area, a lot to see, and great restaurants and bars where you can eat and enjoy the night life.

I loved Factory Lofts. Very clean. The staff were just friendly and helpful. They spoke Spanish as well as English. The location is perfect for walking to Restaurants and Dancing. I thought the rooms were very nice and the staff were chilled. For the length of stay I should have paid less.. but a good location etc etc. worth staying. May stay again with a good price
