We enjoyed our stay here at loft factory, great location, a lot of restaurants near by. The room had a great layout very unique style, we liked that. We had a minor complaint about the AC, we weren’t sure if it was broken or how it was meant to operate/run. it definitely did not cool off our room comfortably enough, some nights we decided to just leave a few windows open. Overall we had a great time, staff were very welcoming and attentive.

Clean room. Nicely maintained property. Photos make rooms look larger in some cases. Love having free laundry. Rooftop spa with great view of all of Medellin. Helpful attentive front desk staff. Close to restaurants. Great food & bar right next to hotel. Some street noise. Wish it had more soundproof windows.
