「The man at the front desk was incredible, however he was the only worker I saw. I was staying for 1 night as I had an important interview the next morning. Our rooms AC did not work. I called down to front desk 3 times before I went down to ask for assistance (my room was at the end of the hall and was a bit of a hike to get to the front desk) the man let us know he would come check. He came and could not fix it and let us know that he could bring us fans but unfortunately no other rooms were...

「I absolutely loved my stay at Kasa in Nashville! The space was perfect, and having a kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast before heading out to explore the city. I felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it! My only suggestion would be to add a door to the bedroom, as the sleeping area is completely open. Being able to close it for privacy would make the apartment absolutely perfect!」

「Host great, Location Great Safe, Condo Cute Needs some updates in the bathroom but not a big deal (Pealing Drawers) Biggest issue was cleanliness. Looking for a hair dryer found a towel in the drawer that was stuffed with who knows what crusty.(No hair dryer not an issue) Towels Old and dingy. The bathroom where not cleaned very well. Looks very much like they hire a company and its a speed threw clean. Could Use a deep clean ( Corners, Tub, Walls etc) But over an okay stay」
