「Wonderful」

「A lovely hotel oozing charm and elegance. It is conveniently located at the historic centre of Charleston. Breakfast is ordered the night before and is brought to your room and may be eaten in there or on the room's balcony. In the evening there are complementary sparkling wine, cheese and other nibbles available. The only thing missing is a communal lounge to sit in although the front porch is lovely.」

「We have stayed here before and like the property. The only issue we had is that we made a mistake on our reservation which missed the second night. Because we did it on Expedia we were unable to get a second night from Expedia. We called the Indigo Inn directly and they had 2 nights for over $150 a night extra each night. When asked to book one night paying over $150 more the reservation center $500+said we could not book because no room was available. 」

「This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at! I loved the room, we had a suite. The hotel decor is incredible, all the dark wood is beautiful. The rooftop area is also comfortable and great to use in the morning or evening.」

「This was my first stay in a motel and I had the best time. The room was nice and stocked with towels, fridge and classic shampoo conditioner and body wash. The pool was great and wasn’t dirty. They have entertainment every night other than Sunday which was amazing for me as a solo traveller to be able to go and feel safe whilst having a drink. The staff were very helpful as it is all digital check in and as I had a UK number I didn’t receive any texts but the owners were there and helped me...

「I do not recommend this "resort." It was definitely not worth the price. It was poorly maintained and is badly in need of an update. It smells moldy, the air container was rusty, and our curtains were torn. No one came to clean the room (we were there 6 days). The one time someone came to bring fresh towels they left our door open for anyone to come in and steal our belongings (there was no safe.) 」

「The hotel itself was beautiful. The room were stayed in on our second visit was not half as nice as the first room er stayed in a couple of months ago. You should offer free breakfast. To pay for something that is limited is poor service. There was also no streaming for Netflix.」
