「Wonderful」

「A lovely hotel oozing charm and elegance. It is conveniently located at the historic centre of Charleston. Breakfast is ordered the night before and is brought to your room and may be eaten in there or on the room's balcony. In the evening there are complementary sparkling wine, cheese and other nibbles available. The only thing missing is a communal lounge to sit in although the front porch is lovely.」

「We have stayed here before and like the property. The only issue we had is that we made a mistake on our reservation which missed the second night. Because we did it on Expedia we were unable to get a second night from Expedia. We called the Indigo Inn directly and they had 2 nights for over $150 a night extra each night. When asked to book one night paying over $150 more the reservation center $500+said we could not book because no room was available. 」

「Would have been a fantastic stay but the walls are paper thin. We finally had to blast our TV full volume as our neighbors were going at it and we could clearly hear the woman who was clearly really really really really excited and loud. Not a prude, just didn’t want to clearly hear the X-rated activity next to us. Also ordered 2 drinks and tried to use the free drink token and bartender told us it would not work for regular drinks, only for some kind of welcome drink. When we checked in they...

「This was my first stay in a motel and I had the best time. The room was nice and stocked with towels, fridge and classic shampoo conditioner and body wash. The pool was great and wasn’t dirty. They have entertainment every night other than Sunday which was amazing for me as a solo traveller to be able to go and feel safe whilst having a drink. 「I did read reviews on this property after I made the reservation and still decided to keep it. The property is dated and not well kept. I had read that the elevators did not work at times, but we had no issue with that during our stay. The property does have an amazing location as the beach was spectactular and not crowded during our stay which was mid May. The pool area is small, but the beach made up for it. 「The hotel itself was beautiful. The room were stayed in on our second visit was not half as nice as the first room er stayed in a couple of months ago. You should offer free breakfast. To pay for something that is limited is poor service. There was also no streaming for Netflix.」
