「Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.」

「I visited Jade Mountain Resort to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and we had an amazing time. The staff was wonderful—they gave us a tour of the property and decorated our room with balloons, making the celebration even more special. The view of the Pitons was breathtaking, and I would definitely stay here again.」

「Breakfast buffet served fresh fruit, cheese, juice, etc and some made to order food (pancakes, waffles & omelets) for free. Anything a la carte is additional charge. Room overlooked the Caribbean ocean and piton (mountain)」

「Everyone was extremely wonderful and helpful. Adela is an amazing chef and the pumpkin soup was amazing. Located directly on the beach, private patios and large rooms. I'm hesitant to say more because then a hidden gem will never become available. Lol」
