「Perfect location. 5 min drive to downtown and peace and quiet once at the cabin. Comfy bed & pillows. Cute & cozy interior. Loved everything about our stay & will definitely be back. 」

「Excellent location, safe and quiet. Dog friendly with a dog park right next to the river. On the pricey side for bringing your dog as they charge per day and not a one time charge. Everything in Helen is easy walking distance for shopping and dinning. 」

「This hotel is at the far end of the town, so it was a bit far to walk to the downtown area. It is, however located across from a Waterpark and the Festhall where the Oktoberfest celebration starts. Outdoor pool available. Breakfast was homemade waffles, etc... overall, good experience.」

「For starters, Helen is a great, little town! The Inn was cozy & quiet. Walking distance to everything. Good TV, nice shower, and a great-comfy King bed! The only negative-door was kinda hard to close; had to slam it.(Room #207).」

「I was skeptical about booking after reading reviews however with the price being so good we stayed anyways. The hotel is old ans d it shows, but its clean. The rooms are updated but still show wear and tear. The beds are very comfortable!! Plenty of towels etc. Basic room. The sheets had rips in them, i contacted the front desk so they woupd know we didnt cause the rips. They have an incidental sheet and will charge you for damages. The housekeeping is great, very helpful and we really liked...

「We did enjoy our time at this property. The floor above us is paper thin, so we woke up with the family above us much earlier than we hoped. The lobby area was beautiful. The rooms are nice. The bathroom had some mold around the tub, but overall clean. Our patio off of our room could have been brushed off. A good bit of spider webs. The Oak restaurant on property was phenomenal. It was easy to rent a jet ski and get on the water. Great staff all around. Would come back!」

「We only stayed for nights. But we really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely be staying with them again in the future! From the time we got out of our car we were greeted by great staff with huge smiles. And the room was wonderful and we greatly Appreciated the hot tub in our room which helped us out alot with our hurting bodies lol. And we also really enjoyed the jacuzzi in the Hotel!! And the pool. 」
