The outside grounds are nice. The inside lounge and breakfast area was unable to keep the temperature at least (I’m not sweating level) or they wanted to save money on the electric bill!

We were initially impressed with the well kept grounds and cleanliness of this hotel, it quickly realized this hotel had a lot of major issues that needed attention. No AC in common areas (in July), hallways, breakfast area, lobby, game room. Rooms were outdated and plain. Mini fridge was either warm or freezing our food Afternoon cookies were advertised, but only had one day out of 4 due to a “broken oven” Unfriendly staff. Not allowed to sit in the outside courtyard, pool or game area after 10pm. Same thing for breakfast everyday. (I will say the lady fixing breakfast was great and hardworking). We paid $800 for 4 nights, the location is okay. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Ann Arbor. I would stay closer if you can.

What a lovely hotel inside and out!! The furnishings, decor and set up were all beautiful. The gardens and amenities were so pretty and spacious. The included breakfast was a step above. The staff was efficient and pleasant. The one thing I wish was a bit better was the mattress, but, overall we had a delightful stay and woul do it again.

I love the stay , staff was very nice , hotel was clean. The only thing was the refrigerator wasn’t cold that we had in our rooms and it was both rooms I booked 2 queen bedrooms for our stay

This is an excellent place to stay in the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti area. The grounds are lovely and the building is maintained nicely. The pool/hot tub area is tranquil and relaxing, and the gaming area (pool table, foosball table and shuffleboard table) is a fun way to pass the time. The rooms are well kept and comfortable, ours had a jetted garden tub that was a great way to end the day. The breakfast buffet offered a nice selection of hot and cold items. The staff was super friendly and professional, with the front desk people going above and beyond to assist me in printing some documents. We highly recommend this property.

Hotel was clean and in pretty good shape for an older hotel of this kind. The pull-out bed in my room was broken and missing several springs. Breakfast was free, and just about what you might expect for free. One of the staff members loudly talking about her associates in prison and refering to people as "motherfuckers" before 7am is pretty rough.
