"The room was clean and quiet. Bellman Ted steered us to 2 excellent restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast was a bit of a scramble, no pun intended. We were told we had a credit at the hotel but it wasn’t clear whether that covered breakfast, and we had to go back to the front desk to clarify. This is a hotel that caters to groups, so there were a lot of people trying to eat at the same time. It was rather chaotic. Also, we got mixed instructions for getting to the public transport line for the airport. Later, it became clear that we could have used a closer station. This information should be easily and reliably given to all guests."

"I liked everything about the hotel except the wait to seat in the lobby restaurant. As with many Fairmont Hotels, it is very awkward and poorly staffed compared to high end competitors like Four Seasons. For the price, they need to step up and not allow the host station to become unmanned or overwhelmed by a few guests."
