「The worst place I’ve ever stayed my whole life. Registration person was clueless about his job, was assigned the wrong room I pay for, no toilet paper and when we ask for one the person have to check to their bosses or person in charge, we have to request for towels and they gave us cheap towels. 「Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there.
