The room was very clean and the staff was 5 star! The only issue was the plumbing. The water was overflowing from a drain in the bathroom floor and there was a sewage odor. Overall, the room, breakfast and staff was exceptional!

I ended up staying at Madison Crown Hotel for five nights during my trip to the Philippines, and I was very satisfied with my stay. Unfortunately, due to the record-breaking heavy rain, most of my plans had to be canceled, which meant I spent much more time at the hotel than I had originally expected. However, that also gave me the opportunity to really appreciate how comfortable and well-managed the hotel is. I arrived on an early morning flight and reached the hotel well before the usual check-in time, but the staff handled my early check-in very smoothly, which I greatly appreciated. The facilities were excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The shower also had excellent water pressure and temperature, so I had no issues at all with the facilities during my five-night stay. What impressed me most, however, was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and I felt that the overall standard of service was exceptionally high and professional. I also had the opportunity to meet and speak with the hotel’s CFO during my stay. He was very friendly and approachable, and I found him to be a genuinely charming and impressive person. Although the weather made this trip very different from what I had originally planned, Madison Crown Hotel made my stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Pampanga.

Madison Crown Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms are modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, making the entire stay incredibly comfortable. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and professional — you can really feel the hospitality from the moment you arrive. The location is also perfect, with easy access to restaurants, cafés, and key spots around Angeles. Despite being close to everything, the hotel still feels peaceful and relaxing. I also appreciated the overall ambiance of the property — stylish, cozy, and well-maintained. It’s clear that the management puts real effort into ensuring guests have a great experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pampanga. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

The property had an eerie feeling. We checked in at 3 a.m., and the hotel was very dark. In my opinion, they could use more lighting and louder music, if there’s even any, especially during nighttime or early morning to help lighten the overall vibe of the hotel. The gym was also under construction and was not mentioned upon check-in, our floor had buckets because they had multiple leaks. We also didn’t get any greeting or assistance from the guard outside. We were only greeted by the one person at the reception. One important thing to note is to make sure you have both keycards upon checkout, as they charge over 500 PHP for a missing one, which was not specifically mentioned at check-in. The hotel is also situated a little inconveniently, as it’s not really within walking distance of the mall, which I felt was advertised somewhat inaccurately. It may be better to choose the Radisson, which is right by SM Clark. I chose this hotel over the Radisson because they offered free breakfast, but it was à la carte on the first day and buffet on the second day. The breakfast was okay, but in hindsight, it probably would have been smarter to choose the latter.

Some items were not fresh at bfast buffet. Room service food was excellent 👌. Some technical problems with internet connection and room phones. There had only two tiny water bottles as complimentary per room. Must pay if requesting for more. Extremely strict with amount of individuals per hotel room. Extra blankets are not free either. Dont expect Holiday Inn treatment. If i stay here again it would be because Widuws is fully booked. Staff made it all worth it though 🙌 salamat po!

Property is beautiful, but staff is very poorly trained. - Does not reply to emails - Room was still not ready by 4:10pm - Asked for copy of booking after received passports, which should be enough for them to lookup my details. - Asked receptionist to arrange taxi service to airport, which they forgot. The hotel is located in a quiet area and and a short trike ride you will be in the heart of the entertainment area, there are many restaurants and street food sellers nearby. The hotel Beds are superb and comfortable and the rooms are clean.
