When we checked in, there was no hot water in the hotel. They did offer us a discount. The hotel manager recommended a luxury steakhouse next door. He told us they served wine and cocktails. Turns out they didn't serve any alcohol. Two strikes and we had barely settled into the room.

I apologize that our hotel was having issues with our hot water heaters and we were trying to get the parts store to open so we could fix it. The gentleman you spoke with was our Maintenace Manager and I apologize for him misspeaking about the restaurant next door. We hope you will give us another chance to fix these two strikes.

The property is located in a good area with easy access. The service at the front desk was unfriendly & it seemed we were interrupting their conversation with someone there chatting with them. There was hair in the tub & when our room was cleaned no towels or other items were left for use.

We were in town for a funeral. All of the staff was extremely helpful with any questions or needs that arose. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

This was our saving grace! We tried a few other hotels in odessa an we left immediately! But here ! we was welcomed with a smile! Stephanie was amazing! Pool was nice n warm n hott tub was roomy! Thank you! We will come back!

We stay here every year for a golf event in the honor of Gym Bice. We always look forward to staying here because of the great service and quality of cleanliness. This hotel caters to the oil industry. The price reflects that $$. The breakfast is served from 5am to 8am again for the oil boys. The rear of the hotel is smoking/party spot. Unless you have the oil industry paying......avoid this hotel & town.

Everything was very clean, although I did not use the pool. The main complaint was finding staff. The person who worked the front desk was having to help people at the desk and having to keep the breakfast area supplied. We had to wait quite a while to check in. There was no one at the desk. They were having to clean something up. Saturday morning at breakfast we were constantly waiting on breakfast items because she was busy with people at the front desk.

Good Morning, I looked into your reservation and it shows that you booked an executive king and you were put into an executive king. The difference in our executive kings and our regular kings is the addition of the couch. I did notice that some of the pictures Expedia loaded for us were labeled incorrectly. However you were put in the room type your reservation indicated. We appreciate you staying with us and hope you will stay with us again.

Picture didn’t fit the Room
Dissatisfied at check in because the picture Hotel com on website did not match the room we got. I was attending a family funeral and the picture on website showed a “sitting area” in the room. The hotel said that type of room is an executive suite. The manager was wonderful and couldn’t get it corrected the first night but did 2nd night. It wasn’t La Quintas fault but hotel . Com needs to get correct picture

Floor was a little dirty hav seen worse.. but hav also seen better… shower floor was nasty… my wife cleaned rooms for @ 10yrs.. we bought sum comet amd sum bleach and a scrubbing brush added sum elbow grease and we got that shower bottom CLEAN!!! soo yea but all in all was a really good comfortable stay…
