「tidy clean location good」

「Staff is friendly. Although not knowing much English, they basically tried their best to communicate with me. Room is okay. I only had a short stay there but in general a good hotel. Breakfast choices are limited but good.」

「You’re not able to get ice. Unless you want to blocks to a different hotel. They won’t bring it to you. Air conditioning was turned off. You had to sleep with the Windows open. It was extremely hot in the room. We had requested wake up and a taxi. And when we went downstairs, they said no taxes for today. It’s too early in the morning but we had to leave in the 630 bus. So we ended up having to walk 5 to 6 bucks with luggage at 5:15 in the morning. It was really terrible. Don’t book off-season...

「The facility was very nice with large rooms and comfortable appointments. I felt that the front desk was understaffed, and the off site parking was time consuming for them. The restaurant staff were very pleasant and the food was good. My room was not cleaned even after I requested housekeeping at 5pm.」

「Hotel dividido en dos, por un lado, accedes a recepción desde una carretera con mucho tráfico y poco espacio de maniobra. De ahí por un ascensor vas de la planta -3 a la recepción y de la 6 a la 10 y por otro ascensor de recepción bajas a la 5-4-3-2-1 y cero, salida a otra calle, centro de ciudad. Todo esto "muy bien explicado" por el pesonal de recepción, sin comentarios, todos los días te encontrabas a algún cliente perdido en los ascensores. Un lío. Y el parking merece capítulo aparte....

「Nos alojamos y todo fue perfecto hasta la hora de entrar a la habitacion. No tienen aire acondicionado y un calor horrible , hay un ventilador que no da nada de aire y un pinguino que mejor si no hubiese nada La habitacion estaba a 34 grados todo el dia. . Me acerque a recepcion y la solucion que me dieron fue que abriese las ventanas. A la noche hemos estado varios huespedes quejandonos en recepcion Un horror de noche」
