「Une belle chambre d’hôtel, à bon prix et bien situé. Cette hôtels vaut la peine amplement. Par contre, il est mal indiqué à l’arrivée. L’obligation d’avoir l’application est un peu désagréable mais elle fonctionne a merveille. J’ai été un peu fâché d’attendre à 14h alors que ma chambre était vacante à mon arrivée à 11h . 「ecourter son sejour est considéré dans cet hotel comme être défaillant à son séjour : vous payez même si vous ne consommez pas. La tentative de négociation anticipée est inutile, même avec 24h d’avance. Dans d’autres circonstances commerciales cela est qualifié d'escroquerie. Expedia devrait exiger des conditions plus commerciales avant de favoriser cet hôtel.」

「The hotel staff were very friendly - among the most helpful I've ever experienced. The room was clean and well maintained. No air-conditioning but heating. The windows of our room opened to the sound of rushing water in the river near by, but the rooms were relatively quiet when the window was shut. We enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel was very close to the main shopping area and buses went nearby.」

「+: good equipment, clean room, in the center of commercial area so if you like shopping it is perfect location. -: the location is too noisy and crowded, so not good for people who want to have a relax trip. the staff who welcome us never smiles; she seems just want to finish talking with us as soon as possible, and she did not look at our eyes at all during the talk.」

「We stayed for 2 nights. Immediately when we got to the room it was hot and WiFi was not working in the room. Someone was sent to fix air con it cooled down a bit but never to the desired temp and WiFi never worked in room. Went downstairs next morning and complained about WiFi again and they said they had trouble with it on 5th floor and when we got back we could move rooms. Changed rooms and air con was much colder and WiFi worked. Just not sure why they didn’t move us to a floor with working...
