Strange but pleasant

The hotel is a little dated and certainly not 4 stars. Breakfast was very good, beds extremely comfortable and the place was spotless. Bar also excellent. However, checkin was bizarre. I tried to give my name and the guy wanted to know my nationality and said there were no reservations from my country (which is unsurprising since I do not live there) then he said there was nothing with even an English name! (Not sure what constitutes Englishness) so we went away and parked elsewhere then came back and a different person checked us in with no difficulty. The warning not to use data roaming was very welcome though!

I didnt like that it took over one hour to check in. I was booked and was already paid. Also no USB ports in roon. I also had to park in the street, car runnig with my 90 year old mother for over 1 hour untill i got a parking space. All this ruined my experiance in Andorra.

Buena aunque....

Hotel tranquilo y habitaciones grandes. La única pega es que le falta un poco más de limpieza. En nuestra habitación había polvo y se notaba que lo único que se había hecho eran las camas y cambio de toallas. Por lo demás bien. Personal atento y amable y situación muy buena y céntrica.

Ótima localização. Hotel antigo, mas limpo, organizado. Estacionamento estava lotado e tivemos que deixar em um longe e bem mais caro. Café da manhã pago separado porque não tinha a opção de reservar junto.
