「距离市中心做SBahn20分钟左右的距离。酒店公寓出来就是车站。酒店附近是居民住宅区，有大型超市Aldi，Rewe，还有DM。酒店附近的餐馆经济实惠老板热情客气。看到很多德国老人在小酒馆里面喝酒打牌。像极了北京的小饭店。酒店房间宽敞，有厨房，可以买东西自己煮简单的东西吃。1.5欧元买个硬币就可以在地下室洗衣服。对于在外很久的游客非常需要。」

「The space matches the photos well. Exposed wiring on the ceiling wasn't a problem, but the complete lack of AC or ventilation was a huge drawback. Toiletries were minimal (3–4 uses max), so pack your own. Lastly, a man claiming to be security frequently loiters around the property. He wears no visible credentials and became unnecessarily hostile when asked for identification.」

「Checked in on Saturday and out early Monday, while the team works Monday to Friday. Everything was smooth, but in case of any issues, there is no support over the weekend. It would be helpful if the team could reach out on Thursday to let guests know their working hours and check if there are any questions. Great location, close to the underground and bus stations. The room is clean and tidy, with a comfy bed. One of the toilet paper rolls was partially wet, so only one clean roll was...

「The apartments are well located (a few stations by U5 from HBhf). Ours was ample, with nice parket floors, new bathroom installation, good light and ventilation. Usable kitchen. The only issue was that it was very dusty. A more thorough removal of dust in the floor and corners prior to arrivals would be much better. We tried to use the vacuum cleaner but it was also full of dust.」
