Great Stop Over

Stopped in to catch some sleep on a long drive. Excellent customer service and room was surprisingly great for what we needed. The motel is a little older but rooms were up to date and adequate. I would stay again.

This Days Inn is a good value for the money. I stayed there four days and I recommend it to others for the price range. The room was adequate, but to me the staff is what makes this place better than average. I dealt with two front end clerks, Carl and Donna, both very friendly. Andalusia, Al. is a small town, this Days Inn is well placed.

Clerk when checked in friendly/helpful. Clerk at night rude. Hotel needs major face lift outside. Looks ran down. Walls in bathroom need deep cleaned (something all on the wall by the toilet) Toilet rocked when you sat down and had to flush twice for it to completely flush. Wouldn’t stay again.

Walls in room and bathroom were disgusting, rusted hangers, bathroom needed a good cleaning. “Breakfast” was very limited, consisting of 2 types of sugar cereal, 2 iced honey buns, 1 yogurt, and two packets of sugar oatmeal. Front desk staff were very friendly and pleasant.
