"Rooms were fairly clean. Hotel itself had a vintage retro vibe to it. Did not get Parking inside the Hotel premises after a late night arrival at 11 pm. Had to park on the main road next to a neighbouring property. Hotel staff mentioned ‘It is what it is if you come this late at night as the hotel has very limited parking spaces inside‘ , plus he has other customers waiting at the hotel bar , so can’t be bothered about car Parking ! Room central heating turned of at night , provided with an old broken leg electric radiator which was only turning warm at best. Single glazed big windows in the room and bathroom added to the cold. No hot water for 2 hours in the morning, long queue of customers at the reception waiting for a resolution, Receptionist had no clue whatsoever. Continental breakfast was good ."

"Room was spotless. We just needed a place to sleep and a breakfast in the morning and it ticked both boxes. I’d stay there again. It is a fantastic building though "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel. Very boujee and modern. Rooms were huge and felt very high society. Worth every penny to stay and great location for the city stay "

"Receptionist was lovely. However the room was had lots of mould in, the toilet seat was fully broken, the wallpaper was coming off the walls and there was stains on sheets and towels. "
