「We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. 「Nothing much but staff was not helpful 」

「We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite. 「The hotel was lovely, staff were great and it was very clean. Had two lovely massages at the Spa. The only bad thing I can say is that the beds on the beach were all broken, I did point this out to the staff and they just said I know!! Other than that a truly fabulous holiday 」

「Property rooms are just ok in size but beds are small for 2 adults. House cleaning staff came very late for cleaning and didn't change the bedsheet. In night they opened karoke in dining area and it was all too noisy which created headache as 3-4 persons were trying to sing in horrible sound and rhythm.
