「The location on the beach was absolutely amazing. The landscaping around the property is well kept and peaceful areas to sit and relax. You can see gorgeous sunsets sitting by the pool area in the evening. The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast in the morning was a perfect way to start your day. 」

「Breakfast was very good. The room was hot and the windows were left open. Staff did not bring up luggage or tell us to push the button to turn the air on. Also they didn’t tell us we would need to repeatedly turn the air back on. We couldn’t leave our laptop to charge bc the power goes off when you leave the room. The check in app was cumbersome. Too many scans to get out of the building」

They changed €45 for two chairs and an umbrella. The service was horrible. The waiters on the beach never checked on us and the acted offended when we walked up to the bar for service. Awful, don’t waste your time on the beach area. Otherwise, the stay was excellent.」

「Door on the room didn’t lock. Safe was broken. Not a great location (although during the “beach season” it’s probably much better). Seemed like a beach town in the offseason. “Beach view” was not so good. The glass water bottle in the room looked like it had been opened and put back in the refrigerator. 「It’s a scam! I booked the “Classic Double or Twin Room, Partial Sea View” and it costed much more than the normal standard room which doesn’t indicate the SEA VIEW on the title. Guess what I got? A room with ZERO Sea View! I can only saw a huge building standing Outside my window. I took the photos for the record and told the receptionists, they just listened and say nothing.
