「We went there that night, and I was extremely dissatisfied as soon as I entered the room. I asked the hotel to change rooms, but they said they were full and couldn't change even if I was willing to pay extra. Although I was unhappy all night, it wasn't a big deal. But what happened next left me completely baffled. This hotel actually used handwritten check-in forms instead of a self-service computer system. More than ten days later, we were still receiving emails from the hotel urging us to pay...

「muy bien ubicado !!Raymon y su colega por la noche nos ayudaron mucho y eran muy amables en todo momento,el Sr del restaurante era muy agradable y servicial
Aunque el buffet de desayuno era pequeño habían cosas ricas fruta huevo hot cakes yogurt pan jugo leche salchichas.el personal de limpieza era muy amable」

「Goods: The bed, pillow and the room is very comfortable. Near stores and restaurant within a walking distance. The pool, gym and laundry room are very convenient for those staying longer.
Bads: The heat won't work until like 2-3 am in the morning, room heater system was broken, they had to give me a radiator. Shower also doesn't have heat in early morning (4-5am ish). We had jet lag so we found these during these time.
However, overall its good place to stay in, heater problem can be fixed...
