This hotel is a SCAM! I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. First and foremost, the hotel smells really bad. Upon arrival, there was a hole in the restroom door. I took pictures of it because I was always taught to take pictures of the hotel room as soon as I got there. After checking out, there was a $200 charge on my card. I called to ask what it was for and it was for that hole in the door that was already there to begin with. I tried telling the man on the line that it wasn’t us and that I had photos to prove it with time stamps. Yes I know it’s my fault for not notifying them of the hole when I got there, but I assumed they had already known since they have cleaners every day. He showed no empathy and kept saying he didn’t want to see any evidence because they have “proof” that we did it, however when I asked to see the proof they didn’t want to show me it. I went back to the hotel to try to plead with him and the lady who checked us in was smiling. THEY WERE SCHEMING ALL ALONG. I told them to check the cameras and they didn’t want to do anything about it whatsoever. I will NEVER be back here again. Side note: if you ever stay in room 108, just know that they are going to rob you for that same hole in the door!!! And might I add that I asked to speak with a manager and was told no multiple times and that the police will be called if I did not leave.

Clean room but worn. The sink had a ton of lime around it, a quarter inch thick at least. This hotel is privately owned - the owners live at the front desk and they do not have professional laundry service so the bedding and the towels were filthy. Every single towel had long hair stuck in it, and I had to change our bedding because there was brown stains all over the sheets. When I went and asked for new sheets, they were dumbfounded, but handed me two new ones that look like they had been ran over by a car tire. Also room service is mandatory.

We encountered several issues during our stay, including an unpleasant odor in the room, the presence of a waterbug in the restroom, and soiled bedsheets. The actual accommodations did not align with the images presented. This experience was quite disappointing and falls short of our expectations. Additionally, the towels provided were notably small and of low quality.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Terrible place to stay at. All bad reviews are true. Our room was full of spiders and the room smelled like/had mold. We spoke with their management and they declined a refund after we told them there was spiders, mold and staines on the sheets. There was a lot of water damage. We left the room the way we found it and management later lied saying we used the room. We weren’t even there for an hour.The photos they post of the rooms are catfish. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE! Save your money! On top of that the man we spoke to about our refund was rude and was yelling at us calling us liars.
