"Clean room, but when I took my shoes off, my socks got soaking wet. Apparently they needed to clean the carpet but it washed dry when we checked in. The thermostat would not turn on, the air conditioning was running just enough to make it uncomfortable to sleep because it was to dry and chilly. The bathtub/shower faucet was very difficult to turn off. Also tub floor is very slippery I actually fell getting out. Thought I'd broken my leg thank God I didn't, but made it difficult to do 4 walking days at the parks. Amazing shuttle service! To be fair I didn't complain about the bad issues, mostly because we were gone from 7am to 1am. Despite the issues we would definitely stay there again!"

"We had a suite that suited our family the room was quite spacious and having the beds in a separate room was fabulous. The pull out sofa is in rough shape as I’m sure it’s used often as was the roll-a_way with quite the divot in the middle of the mattress. I would book here again, it was close to the park and the staff was great!"

"The 2 bedroom family suite is huge but the layout is a bit strange with the single bathroom area accessed through the bedroom so you would always have to knock or leave the door open to the 2nd bedroom if you want to more easily access the bathroom. The parking situation is valet only but the valet guys are onsite 24/7 and are very nice. We had our 2nd pair of keys so we're able to run to our car and grab stuff as needed. They will hold ur luggage if you want to go to the park before you room is ready or after you checked out. We paid for an extra day of parking to leave our car past 1pm as we were spending another day at the park and then changing hotels. There is a small store across the parking entrance with very reasonable prices for snacks, drinks and souvenirs. "

"The view was terrible. We were staring at an HVAC system and backside of a building. The WiFi was horrible. "

"The property was mostly cleaned and maintained although I didn’t expect mandatory valet service making it difficult to unpack strollers and essentials due to the size of the parking lot. The room appeared to clean, but closer look there were hairs in the shower from the previous guests which makes you think what else wasn’t cleaned. Additionally although not on their property, you must walk through Denny’s parking lot to get to the street and park. While walking through Denny’s parking lot, there was a used male contraceptive and a hypodermic needle up against the brick wall along the drive. I brought it up to the front desk who stated they weren’t allowed to do anything as it was Denny’s property. As there is no other way to reach the street or the park except through this area I went and took care of removing those items as I didn’t want my kids or any others seeing that on their way to the happiest place on earth. This property was OK for the price and location. "
