寧靜舒適近鬧區優質旅館

旅館到阿姆斯特丹中央車站大約走15~20分鐘，在海事所旁，員工服務周到，給地圖，並做重點說明，房間舒適，窗外景色非常美，可看到海事所的大船，有茶水區，可自行燒水泡茶或咖啡，房間每日大掃 ，check out時會另收城市稅，可以寄放行李，餐廳服務周到，好吃平價，提供免費水，是一間很棒的旅館

Pension Homeland was a delightful and slightly quirky stay! The building is a repurposed naval office building located directly beside what is now a park, and right on the water near the riverboat docks, all of which give it that slightly quirky, but thoroughly enjoyable, vibe. The staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful to those on their first visit to Amsterdam. They helped us manage jet lag by allowing us to check in several hours early, aided us in planning transportation to area sites, warned us about issues we might not otherwise have expected, loaned us electrical transformer plugs when ours did not fit, and were generally warm and welcoming. The room was very clean, but basic. No AC, but with windows that open wide, as well as fans it was very comfortable for us. Nice shower with ample hot water. The restaurant served excellent cappuccino and very good dinner and breakfast—and was obviously well-liked by the local community so make reservations for dinner! The only drawback is that because of its proximity to a popular local park, on a Friday night there is a lot of noise. Not annoyingly loud, but pretty constant and well past 10 pm since the sun doesn’t set until 10:30 in July!! All in all, we felt we had a more authentic Dutch experience by staying here—we recommend it!

Staff was absolutely amazing. Bar and restaurant was great. Please be mindful that the building is historic and does not have AC. It was quite brutal during a heat wave. However a small desk fan was provided, staff and location made up for the heat. Would definitely stay at this property at a different time of the year again.

Loved our stay. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Loved the naval atmosphere of the location and adjacent city park. We visited during unusually hot weather and although the room didn't have air conditioning, it was still comfortable with the windows open and the provided fan running. We would definately stay again.

It’s a very nice place convenient ; close to the canal; beautiful sunset. Close to NEMO and museums . Small rooms; NO AC ; breakfast is a la cart but convenient to what you need . No parking so don’t bring a car . 30 minutes from airport ; uber charged 35 euros (may 30 rates)

Though they lacked air conditioning and a few amenities, the hotel was a fun place to stay. It was creatively decorated and had a generally funky/friendly attitude. The dinner menu was sparse, but what they offered was delicious, and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

We stayed two nights after finding this ourselves instead of relying on a travel agent. It gives a real Netherlands experience instead of the more common international hotel chains. It is a quirky place in a fabulous location and we enjoyed watching the activity on the water while sitting in sunshine drinking beers from the onsite brewery. The food in the restaurant was good too and service time reasonable considering it was full.

Our stay here was lovely. The staff were all incredibly helpful and nice. The restaurant was out of this world, and our room was incredibly cozy. This is such a great spot to stay, away from all the hustle and bustle of the city center, but it’s easy to get anywhere in the city. I would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel had unique 60s style decor loved it. The breakfast and dinner that we ate was excellent. All the staff were very nice. Specifically, Dalma and Toby were very helpful. The only thing was that the room wasn’t cleaned even after repeated requests and that was the disappointing point. Everything else was good. Uniquely different And spacious rooms. Large windows.

I almost want to keep this gem to myself but it’s too good not to share. Fabulous, unique stay in the adapted former Naval officers’ accommodation. Original 60s interiors with lots of solid wood furniture revamped with interesting design features. Facilities in the rooms are fairly basic, no tea and coffee or mini bar for example, but very comfy beds, spotlessly clean rooms, light, airy and warm with super-efficient radiators and gallons of high pressure hot water. Staff are fun and friendly, great restaurant/cafe with excellent food including local specialities (try the “three in the pan” for breakfast and the Apple pie!) Very groovy bar with microbrewery. Appears to be a real local hub as well as serving hotel clients and live music is a feature but not too loud or too late. The absolute highlight for us as open water swimmers was the swimming area in front with 2 saunas in the winter, where we were welcomed with open arms by local swimmers. All this 25 minutes stroll from central station and the heart of town. Very reasonably priced. What’s not to like?
