Room was fairly clean. I still took multipurpose wipes with me. Balcony was a great aspect of the room. Coffe machine but no mugs... Staff were helpful when required we asked for a do not disturb sign for our stay. We kept everything together and tidy during our stay. The location is brilliant for somewhere to sleep. Would have liked a full length mirror in room. Balcony space could do with abit more of a clean even just

Good area with everything you need. Walking distance to the popular areas and central station. Staff was helpful hotel was clean. It has a balcony you can smoke on and some rooms have there own balcony. Will stay again thank you

Hotel Di-Ann provided a wonderful stay. The accommodations are small, but you’ll spend most of your time in the city anyways. Just a short walk from Dam Square and City Centre for shopping and museums or Jordaan for great food and drinks. The staff were all so kind. I recommend Di-Ann for your next stay in Amsterdam.

The coldest room ever. They didn’t turn on AC before, I came to room and did turn on but it took a while to make it warmer. I stayed one day and next morning room was warm. Floor is freezing and room is narrow. There is no shower cabin

The worst experience I have ever had. DONT GO THERE. All of the hotel smelled like smoke even the room. We arrived at midnight and when we saw the room, me and my other 2 friends I looked for another hotel to book. It was disguisting and smelled like smoke. It was snowing outside and the window of the room was wide open, I am sure to let go of the smoke. We were extremely tired so we slept, did not take a shower, and left the first thing in the morning. There was no shower, just a shower head in the middle of the bathroom. NEVER again. They should not be allowed to be a hotel.
