Truly enjoyed our visit to Amsterdam. This hotel was in a great, central location. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was nice and clean. We would definitely return and we’d stay at this hotel.
Good location
Room was clean
Only gripe were the beds were 2 singles pushed together.
The property did have alot of stairs but I knew this when booking, as I wanted to stay somewhere authentic.
The room was clean and the staff is great however the stairs are a problem. This is a small hotel but is clean and comfortable. I think the person that cleaned the trash cans forgot to clean ours. Not a big deal.
This hotel is definitely not for the elderly or for people traveling with a big luggage. The stairs are too steep and narrow.
The challenge of the property were the classic Dutch staircase. Very steep and somewhat dangerous with heavy luggage. Otherwise the room was terrific, clean and we were pleased. Would stay again.
It was the perfect place! Our room faced the canal and it was a beautiful space! Far enough out of the busy, but close enough to walk wherever we wanted to go! Definitely recommend this hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Great location and friendly staff. However, the ground-floor room was quite dark, and there was no possibility to open the window. Overall, I found the hotel overpriced for the level of accommodation and service provided.
Great location right next to the Nine Streets, making it easy to explore Amsterdam on foot. The room had air conditioning, which was much appreciated, and we generally really enjoyed our stay.
Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, although one member of staff came across as a little stand-offish and wasn't as helpful as they could have been.
One small downside was that our windows faced directly onto other guests' rooms, which felt a little awkward in terms of privacy. The stairs inside the building were very steep, but that's to be expected in these beautiful traditional Amsterdam houses and wasn't a surprise.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily recommend it for its excellent location and character.
Unfortunately the pictures don’t match the property. Not very well-maintained or clean, which was disappointing. Lots of repairs that need to be done, broken lights and peeling paint. There was also a mice found in property eating our food in the kitchen and black mold in the bathroom, which we let the property manager aware of. Pretty disappointed in the stay as the pictures look great but the reality is not even close. However, good central location for food and shopping, which was nice. I would not rank this as a 4-star boutique hotel however as it needs a lot of work and cleaning.
We loved this boutique hotel. Our room was large, bed super comfortable and bright. We were no the lowest level, but our large windows showed a small courtyard. The location was perfect for visiting museums and Anne Frank. Also close to grocery store and restaurants. We would pick this hotel again.
Room was beautiful, staff was very friendly, coffee machine was amazing, and we loved the cat that seems to live there as well. The only hard part was the steep stairs, but everything else was lovely. A short walk to every place we wanted to go!
