"The staff were so welcoming and lovely. We had to pay a small city tax charge on arrival but wasn’t a problem. The staff was helpful on where to go how to get places, very accommodating with where we could smoke as the hotel is a no smoking hotel(not even vapes). The room was cleaned daily which we wasn’t expecting! The location is a 2 minute walk to the trams and busses. The trams and buses are very regular from here. Lovely view of a lake/canal just outside of the shopping center. Really easy...

"Lovely hotel. Really nice rooms and bathroom. The building and location was great. Was a 15min tram from central station and only a 10min walk to the hotel after that. Your right next to the Marina, and the view from our room was lovely. Will be staying at this hotel again. "

"Really great hotel for the budget, does take 30 mins into the city centre but it’s an easy journey and means you get a lot more for your money. Pool is nice as is sauna. Area feels safe. "

"Set in a lovely area, quiet but with plenty of amenities within a two minute walk. Gorgeous views from the room as well. The staff were all very pleasant, and helpful, even offering me somewhere to store my cheese! The bed was comfy, though I wasn’t a fan of the mattress topper, but it was easy enough to pop off for my couple of nights. I’d be more than happy to stay here again. "
