「The hotel is located at isolated place which make it perfect for holiday. the best time there is when I was in the pool watching the sunset. The staff is kind and helpful, but the manager keep saying weird Chinese to us, and the wifi definitely need improved.」

「Close to beach, the hotel is artistically tasteful. But the WiFi reception is really bad. You need a voucher to access the wifi and the voucher code gets invalid easily. I asked at least 4 vouchers. Also for the superior room, you are sharing your balcony with your neighbors. They only use a small bamboo partition to divide. This poses potential security risk. We never used our balcony for the entire time because our neighbors are always there. 」

「Our booking had been upgraded to a family suite so we had plenty of space. It was great accommodation, very clean with everything we needed. Although we had a couple of problems with the air-conditioning and water however they went after the way to quickly resolve them. They were there within minutes and they were so very helpful and apologetic. We would definitely stay hereSuch lovely stuff.」

My wife was attracted at first view by the photo of bathtub they showed online, that’s the reason why we booked this suite. Außerdem wurden wir super beraten, was es alles auf der Insel zu entdecken gibt und von dem Chef Stephan Wurden eigentlich alle Wünsche erfüllt, ob es Fahrräder, frischer Fisch oder Ähnliches ist.
