"I did not rate this 5 stars as it was barely a 1.This hotel was a nightmare from the start when i tried to check-in! Despite my showing the manager I had a confirmation number for 2rooms/4nights/6 people,he only had 1 room and suggested we share the 2 queen beds! He did come up with a mini suite for the first night and could find a second room for the last 2 nights leaving me to find an alternative. Unless you have death wish, I would book elsewhere as I'm sure the health department would shut it down. There's mold on the walls (don't stay on the 3rd floor!), room carpets are disgustingly filthy and housekeeping has no idea what theirnob entails. Wet towels(3days) were never collected, waste baskets never emptied, beds made with sheet over duvet ... This was must a bigantic germ fest!!"

"The $15 voucher for snacks was really nice. Room was clean, stay was peaceful. Breastfast is always a plus, which included eggs, hotdog slices, waffle and pancake bar, yogurt, cereal. Would definitely recommend!"
