「Stort och bekvämt hotell nära fotbollsstadion men en kvarts promenad till Guggenheim och mat/shoppinggatorna. Enkelt att parkera i garaget för 15 Euro och smidig in- och utcheckning. Rummet var enligt beskrivningen men kanske lite mjuk säng. Ok frukost men lite konferenshotellskänsla i miljön. Overall smidigt för bara en natt på genomresa men hade inte valt det för en helgvistelse etc. om man vill upptäcka Bilbao eftersom ligger lite vid sidan av. 」

「Great location. Well, every place is close, but it is far enough away from the bars to get some rest. The room is clean and efficient. My wife and I felt very safe. There are electric locks from the street to the pension (hotel) main entrance to the room door, all opened with the provided to key. The bed is comfortable and bathroom small but clean with good shower. I would come again.」

「The bed is too soft and hurt my back. The parking space in the basement is so tiny and driveway is very narrow. So be prepared for the challenge when you drive through the way downstairs. The only thing we give compliments is the breakfast as they offer freshly made juice and smoothies! 」

「The hotel room is nice, there are metro station and Euskotran station near the hotel, it is easy to access the old town and some famous attractions, like Guggenheim Museum.」

「Everything was great! I left for a conference in Vitoria and I had to go back to Bilbao airport for the flight next day. When I got there, it was so late that I missed the last bus. I called them whether they could pick me up and they immediately help me out! Very kind! However, one more thing I would like to suggest is that it should be more choices for breakfast.」
