"The location and lore of this location can not be beat!! Not as updated as others, but in good condition for an older historical hotel."

"Excellent location, room was clean and bright, very comfortable bed and climate control. "

"Loved the bar. Breakfast was overpriced and just meh. Room was clean. Good water pressure in shower. As the hotel is directly over a highway, that can directly impact a person's experience. If you're used to noise, you'll be fine, add a start to my review. If you're used to quiet, don't stay here, take a star off of my review. Even up on the 7th floor, all I got was two hours of sleep as the noise from the traffic (and the train) was more than I could deal with. Sorry. Move this hotel a 1/4 mile and I'd be fine with it."

"The hotel is in need of a renovation but it was very clean. Staff were nice and location was the key. Very easy to walk to Assembly Row and access to Restaurants. "

"We checked in later in the evening without a problem. The room was very clean and stock with all the necessities. There is a restaurant /bar inside the hotel that can be a little loud in the evenings but wasn’t a bother. The only problem to be had was with the hot water wasn’t very warm at all. Advice- when you get your room number, find the nearest exit unless you prefer walking a bit back to the lobby."
