" Nice, newer hotel with a spacious room and a great location. However, the check-in experience wasn’t very welcoming—it felt rushed and a bit impersonal. For the price, I expected a higher level of service and overall experience. The added parking fee also felt like an unnecessary upcharge. I would consider staying again if the nightly rate were more reasonable."

"Nice hotel enjoyed our stay. Close to downtown and had good places within walking distance. One problem is the fee to park! My wife and I have stayed at numerous hotels and never once was there a charge to park at a location we paid to stay. Then insult was we witnessed numerous people park and go to Sliders across the street so there strict parking policy was clearly BS. So the free breakfast wasnt exactly free wouldnt stay here again and i have never saod this before."

"Pool is not heated. Staff was excellent. Room was clean and hotel well maintained but Toilets never brushed under rims left odor in bathroom. Internet room door was severely damaged it looked like it was broken into. I would say this hotel is a good choice if you are not looking to swim. Breakfast was above average and this is a nice hotel. But check in could not make keys so it took 15 minutes to make keys. Internet did not work without calling support for access code even being a Bonvoy member the internet access was not recognized. Room sizes are excellent with work space available. "

"The breakfast and staff were wonderful, location smack in the middle of town was easy!! I would stay here again for sure. Pool and water views were very nice. A/C unit could be a tad quieter but the cool air was great. "

"Property is amazing and home renovation and condition was outstanding, unfortunately we went on a cold weekend and the room was freezing (60°F) with no way to adjust temperature. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. These conditions resulting in almost no sleep."

"We were disappointed by the bathroom because there was no place to put toiletries. A table or countertop would have been very nice to have had. There was no soap for the shower. Thankfully we had some of our own. No box of tissues. Overall it was a positive experience. We enjoyed staying there. Thank you."
