「Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different. Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house. Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented. 「Clean, had everything we needed and more. Beds are a little on the small side (in length as well) and rock solid.」

「Room was ok but there were no towels not even a tea towel. It was clean and comfortable but bring a towel! Very close to town centre and the med restaurant under it was brilliant! I had to contact them to get the code. 」

「Nice room, with excellent bathroom. The outside needs tidying up and some painting, so we were initially concerned when we arrived, but the rooms were fine. Nice quiet location too. The cafe is shut due to staff illness, looks like has been for a while but the Two Flags cafe a mile down the road is excellent for all day breakfasts, especially if you like motorbikes.」
