「Room wasn't very clean - washed down the bathroom door myself before I would touch it. Reserved a double bed room and they over booked so had to accept a room with a pull out couch that was not comfortable in any way. Breakfast was par. A lot of Holiday Inn Express are nice - this one could use an upgrade. 」

This was the worst check-in possible, this was the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my entire life, and I stay at a lot of hotels… And this is the absolute worst. There’s a reason for the price, learn from my mistake and don’t stay here.」

「DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was puke or something splashed all over the bottom of the footboard of the bed. We slept fully clothed on top of the bedding. Cleanliness of the entire building was questionable. Hallways full of dirt and crumps. Lighting in the room was sad and depressing. The doors at the end of the halls don't lock so you are open to anyone entering the building at anytime. Toilet wouldn't flush until usually the 3rd or 4th time with the handle....

「We weren’t expecting the Ritz. We just booked an affordable stop to get 6 hours of sleep. The hotel is old and definitely not modern with chipped paint, beat-up furniture but it was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had amazing pressure!」
