「バスターミナル等からは少し距離があるものの静かな場所にあります。 夜だと場所がわかりずらいです、Google Map頼りでも微妙に位置が異なっていて民家に立ち寄ってしまいました。 オーナーは良い人です。 2日間泊まりましたが、シーツの交換はありませんでした、水やタオルも言えば交換してくれました。 朝食付きでしたが、前日にオーダーを聞いてくれ、朝はすむにちょうしが出てきます。 冷たいお水が朝から飲めると嬉しいです。」

「Es handelt sich um eine sehr große und gepflegte Hotelanlage mit sehr aufmerksamen Personal und tollem infinity pool. Beim Spaziergang rund um die Anlage hat man eine schöne Sicht in die Teeplantagen und kann auch Affen begegnen. Nachteilig ist, dass das Hotel etwas abgelegen ist und eher eine vornehme Anonymität herrscht. 」

「We stayed in 6 different hotels during our trip in Sri Lanka and this one is by far the best one. Luxury feel with amazing view, spacious rooms and balcony, great service and breakfast. My favorite part is the pool, big with an amazing view of the field and farm. Note that it's almost 1km from the main road so you probably won't go out much. It also means it's secluded, quiet and secluded.」

「最值得称道的地方就是亲近自然。座落在风景优美的茶山上，客房被茶田环绕，景观自然出众。 早餐虽然简单，典型的英式早餐，但是坐在殖民地风格的餐厅里，看着优美的风景，自然觉得一切都值得，而且值得多住几天，细细品味。 与餐厅的优雅装饰相反，房间呈帐篷样，有些简陋朴实。因为雨夜入住，平生第一次遭蚂蟥咬，受了一点惊吓。于是非常仔细地检查每一角落，消灭发现的每一个小虫，这或许就是入住生态旅馆的必然代价。 最有问题的是，离Nuwara Eliya极远。网上标注只有10多公里，那是空中直线距离。实际要开30多公里的山路，要花一个多小时。所以，如果不是要多住几天特别享受茶园风光，建议不要去住。」

「Location - I am a regular guest at this property. It’s a bit of a heaven , utterly relaxing, surrounded by nature. The quality of my sleep always improves when staying at the property. The hosts, Supipi and Uthpala are super hosts. The meals are mostly made by Supipi herself and of course delicious. This time stayed for 6 days, could have easily stayed longer. Will definitely return.」

「You are surrounded by nature, birds, animals, everywhere you look. The staff is very friendly, funny, and the service is excellent. The property is lush and gorgeous. Its a magical place! But, the facilities are close to 10 years old, and being that close to nature has its «downsides», if you are not REALLY into it. Even so, we loved our time there. Tip: order the local dishes on the menu;)」

「It's the grounds that made me fall in love with this place. Intimate & beautiful but big enough that you can stretch out your legs by strolling through well cared for gardens. Lots of flowers. A small bubbling river wraps around the property & there is this perfect spot along the river where you can sit on a bench and take in the sounds of the forest and the view of mountains in the distance. Pure bliss! The hotel itself is close to the main highway, but tucked just far enough back from the road...

「First room allocated was pretty horrid, smelly and broken tap. Bitten to hell by mosquitos and tics in the bed. Moved rooms next day and the room was fine, just why we weren't allocated this on the first night as the hotel was empty. Our driver was allowed to stay there as well, something sadly not allowed in a number of hotels down south. 」

「Property is not found at 53 Riverside Road, Matale. Given phone is switched off but he answered on the previous day and asked us to come. According to him weather was ok but weather was terreble and came back home because no place to stay at the night. I had to block my card as well. The worst experience I have ever had. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.」
