"Dining at del Lago was good and prices were very reasonable. Rooms were clean and the beds were more comfortable than most Casinos we have stayed at before. The location of del Lago Resort & Casino is great. Easy to get in and out with, and a parking garage and outside parking very close to the entrance. They have self serve coffee, and soft drinks which we really appreciate. Would recommend del Lago Casino & Resort to anybody looking for an out of the way Casino to gamble, or just get away."

"This place is a gem in that you have a lot of space for your family. We loved the yard and all the nature all around! My wife and I enjoyed watching the frogs and tadpoles in the small pond and walking around the property seeing deer and hearing the birds. Our 4 boys and 1 daughter loved the fishing setup with 4 poles and a table box. All together for the three days we were there, our kids caught and released over 50 fish! They had a blast! We used this as a base to see Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints history sites in Palmyra only about 10 miles away. The beds were comfortable and it was fun watching movies in the family room together and yet having space for everyone to be alone if they wanted. Just a couple of suggestions that could help. I didn’t see the address when I saw it on hotels.com until I purchased the stay and received an email from the agency that manages the property. This would have helped me very where it was exactly. I would recommend offering the ability to cancel with notice and not be billed. Having it non/ refundable is a negative. I was very interested a month ago but my trip was uncertain till a couple days before. I would not have taken the risk of it wasn’t right before because I couldn’t afford to be out that money. I would consider changing your stance on it being non-refundable because things happen and people need flexibility. You have a great property here and we absolutely loved our time here.
