"Very comfortable beds. Our room had 2 king size beds, 1 queen and a twin. Rooms were clean with a fridge and microwave. 2 TV's. Only thing it didn't have was a swimming pool which was ok. Overall very nice hotel including the staff. Very nice and helpful."

"Clean facility and spacious room. We reserved the suite with the two queen beds and sofa bed. This room could have fit 6 people with plenty of space for everyone to move around it. The room was cleaned and the facility was well-kept. Conveniently located in downtown Ruidoso. I would stay here again!"

"Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations. The room had an extremely strong smell of Fabuloso cleaning product that was overwhelming and unpleasant throughout our stay. The room itself felt very small and cramped, making it feel somewhat claustrophobic. We also noticed stains on the bed sheets, and the towels appeared old and discolored rather than clean white. We had originally booked a two-night stay, but due to these issues, we decided to leave after the first night and book accommodations elsewhere. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again."
